How to fix computer that will not open programs besides Internet?
I am unable to open any program on my computer, except Internet Explorer. I am unable to perform a system restore because it only appears as an error of some kind. "I can put the computer in Safe Mode and then perform a system restore to fix it, or I have to do anything else? Also at any time I click a link in Google does not really bring me to that site. sounds like a cat problem, you can double click the speaker icon and then properties and make sure it is set to headphones, but I bet your cat. can be a mono jack.
